The SOW Initiative was birth out of the realization that women possess a secret weapon that leads to unparalleled success...SUPPORTING OTHER WOMEN. Reflecting on a difficult season in her life, Candise remembered the strong woman that encouraged her, shared their own similar stories, supported her with words and actions and helped her see the light at the end of the tunnel.
